Key Responsibilities:Revenue Generation and Profitability:Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue and profitability.Monitor financial performance against targets, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.Analyse pricing models, cost structures, and market dynamics to optimize margins.Drive cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiencies to enhance profitability.Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.Lead cross-functional teams to execute commercial initiatives, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance.Continuously evaluate market dynamics and competitive landscape to adapt strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and contractual obligations.Identify and mitigate commercial risks, including legal, financial, and operational risks.Implement robust governance frameworks and internal controls to safeguard business interests.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE· CA(SA) / Honours Degree in Finance· 8-10 years' experience in financial modelling and commercial transaction· Experience in project finance, data analysis· Experience in contract negotiation and commercial transaction structuring· Strong communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams.· Proven track record of success in a commercial leadership role within the BPO industry or related sectors.· Understanding of BPO services, including outsourcing models, technology platforms, and industry best practices.· Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial data, evaluate market trends, and make data-driven decisions.· Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From R70000,00 per month#J-18808-Ljbffr
