To ensure adherence to all regulatory and governance requirements for the consumer education capability in Personal and Private Banking South Africa (PPB SA).
Drive the regulated Consumer Education initiatives as required by the FSC Act & relevant FSC codes etc.)Ensure adherence to all regulatory and bank requirements as it relates to regulatory financial inclusion and education initiatives and quarterly feedback (SBG Social and Ethics Committee etc.)Drive scope & solutions for effective regulatory consumer education campaign deliveryOwn and drive integrated consumer education capability for Personal and Private Banking SA, across the SB GroupDrive scope & solutions for effective regulatory consumer education campaign deliveryDesigning, delivering and tracking of measurable results of Consumer Education campaignsEnsure regulatory Consumer Education content and Bank related financial wellness content align – drive synergy and best practicesEnsure best-practice delivery of Consumer Education initiatives on behalf of SBG, including new & innovative means of engagement with target audience, including face-to-face & digital channelsLead Regulatory engagement as Consumer Education SME of the bank and with relevant Regulatory representativesSetting up & management of Consumer Education team within the Money Management & Advisory Enablement business unit Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce
Experience Required 10 years Experience and knowledge in dealing with BBBEE reporting and its requirements (e.g., rebates etc.) as it relates to regulated Consumer Education initiatives.
