Preference will be given to qualifying candidates from the designated groups, in support of the iMasFinance transformation strategy.Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Digital Sales to join our team at iMasFinance. As the Head Digital Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust digital sales strategy that aligns with our organizational goals, driving sales growth, and ensuring the achievement of strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain a digital sales strategy focusing on business enablement and fulfilment via electronic platforms.Prepare and deliver budget proposals for new digital sales initiatives.Design operational standards, policies, and workflow processes to support strategic objectives and business growth.Provide effective support to other departments for improved performance on digital platforms.Introduce and implement digital platforms to support marketing efforts and enhance member interaction.Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of digital platforms, recommending enhancements as needed.Contribute to annual budget planning, monitor expenses, and manage operational budgets within the digital sales environment.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts and achieve overall business objectives.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards, policies, and procedures.Collate integrated scorecards and reports for the Digital Sales function, providing insights and initiating corrective actions where needed.Manage and develop a high-performing team, including performance management, succession planning, and talent management.Minimum Requirements:QualificationsBachelor's degree in business management or equivalent is essential.A postgraduate diploma or professional registration is advantageous.Valid Code C1 driver's license is essential.Experience5 years' operational experience in Sales or Marketing in a financial institution (essential)3 years Management experience in Sales or Marketing in a financial institution.
