Our client is looking for an experienced Head Chef to join their company.
Requirements:
5 to 7 years of relevant experience
Strong personality
Ability to work under pressure
Matric
Formal Cooking degree/ diploma
Experience with running functions of up to 250 pax

Job Duties:
Responsible for the overall management of the kitchen
Maintain and implement hygiene standards
Take control of stock takes and staff training

Salary:
R25000 to R30 000
Live-In with 3 meals a day included
