Candidate Requirements: Must have extensive experience in a professional kitchen (essential) Experience in five star safari lodges in a must! Must have quality qualifications and an excellently presented food portfolio Must have fine dining experience and creativity Ability to function under pressure Must be a natural team leader who commands respect Must be able to work both independently and with others Proven advanced cooking techniques Knowledge of health and safety Excellent guest interaction skills are essential Must be fully computer literate Excellent knowledge of stocktake procedures, rostering and recruitment Brilliant communication skills in English (spoken and written) Must be in good physical and mental health Must have a passion for training Able to take control and create a positive team spirit Must be happy to undergo a pre-submission interview
