DescriptionOverseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentationManaging and supervising kitchen staff to ensure high-quality culinary output and adherence to safety and sanitation standardsDeveloping innovative and appealing menus that cater to the diverse preferences of our guestsOrdering and maintaining inventory levels, while controlling food costs and minimizing wasteTraining and mentoring kitchen staff to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvementCollaborating with other departments, such as food and beverage, to ensure seamless service deliveryPrevious experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a hotel or restaurant settingStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamCreative flair and a passion for culinary excellenceExcellent organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of BEE principles and commitment to promoting diversity in the workplaceRelevant culinary qualifications and certificationsValid driver's license and own transport preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
