As one of the first points of contact for the hotel, you will be customer service driven and enjoy exceeding guests' expectations. You will be proactive with a professional approach to guests.We're looking for outstanding communication skills and impeccable grooming standards.
Shift work involves a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities include Providing guests with the services and facilities they request in a friendly, professional and prompt manner
Offering baggage assistance to all arriving and departing guests Efficiently and accurately executing any guest requests, activity and restaurant bookings Assisting to provide Luxury Residences guests with the services and facilities they request in a friendly, professional and highly responsive manner Meeting and greeting all guests on arrival and departure, ensuring their schedules are well-understood and well-communicated with the purpose of delighting them at every opportunity Performing prompt and efficient check in and check out procedures Processing, amending and invoicing accommodationreservations Driving hotelvehicles and ensuring guest travel/transport arrangements are in place as required Please contact us for a full position description detailing key tasks and responsibilities.
Skills, Experience and Attributes One year'sfront of house experience in hospitality or similar environment Food and beverage service experience would be beneficial Valid and current full driver licence essential Passenger Endorsement Licence an advantage Accommodation reservations experience would be beneficial Positive attitude and lots of initiative
