Shift workinvolvesa variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities include: Promoting and booking guest activities and restaurant bookings, following up, handing over and logging all service issues during shift Developing and promoting exceptional working relationships with third party vendors such as activity operators, restaurants and transport providers Meeting and greeting all guests on arrival and departure, offering baggage assistance and performing prompt and courteous check-in escort procedures
Driving hotel vehicles
Providing guests with the services and facilities they require in a friendly, professional and timely manner

Skills, Experience and Attributes One year'sfront of house experience in hospitality or similar environment Knowledge of the local area, attractions and amenities would be helpful
Full clean driver's licence essential Passenger Endorsement Licence, or the ability to obtain one Strong written and spokenEnglish skills Strong computer skills
Must be physically fit
