We are doing this by creating booking management systems for long distance transport operators, selling tickets through our owned marketplaces, and plugging into major online distribution channels such as banks, telcos and super apps. We operate in over 3 countries and have already sold over 100,000 tickets in South Africa alone.
Job Summary: The business has reached a key milestone, unlocking capital and investment for accelerated growth. We are therefore looking for a Growth Hacker to join our global team.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop "growth engines" and execute strategies to attract and convert users to paying customers:Utilize various channels such as social media, content marketing, field marketing, agent networks, email, SEO, paid advertising, partnerships, referral programs and more to drive customer acquisition.Analyze user behavior and optimize the conversion funnel to increase the percentage of visitors who become customers.Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to identify and implement improvements.Develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers.Analyze user data to identify upselling opportunities and churn patterns and implement measures to address them.Continuously test and iterate on different growth strategies to identify what works best.Collaborate with product development teams to implement features and improvements that enhance user experience and drive growth.Use data-driven insights to guide product decisions and enhancements.Analyze and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Use data analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing campaigns and user engagement.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including the executives, marketing, product development, and customer support across the various countries of operation.Clearly communicate growth initiatives, results, and recommendations to stakeholders.Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative approaches and share with the team.Manage and allocate budgets for various growth initiatives, ensuring a positive return on investment.RequirementsRelated degrees or certificates from recognised institutions in growth hacking and/or digital sales and marketingMinimum 3 years in a related role at a startup/scaleup or as a freelancerShow us your track record: Provide examples of the customer profile, problem, solution, budget and results you've achieved in prior roles.Competent in design tools (e.g Canva) and data visualization toolsHigh integrityExcellent communication and presentation skillsSolution focussed problem solverSelf-managing action takerAbility to work with others remotelyR30 000 - R35 000 a month#J-18808-Ljbffr
