Matric, relevant qualification or a HR Degreecoupled with proven working experience in a similar role Completed relevant training and development courses VIP Premier experience will be an advantage Familiar with traditional and modern training methods Identify training and development opportunities, assess current and future training needs Create training manuals Design and implement training plans and methods Monitor training effectively Provide opportunities for ongoing development Manage the training budget Conduct orientation sessions Responsible for skills development Ensure quality assurance of training and development Plan training programmes Organise and arrange staff training sessions, workshops and activities Process employee requests for outside training while complying with policies and procedures Provide advice and assistance in developing individual development plans Update and maintain all training data and attendance registers on a database on a monthly basis Provides support with the completion and submission of statutory reports: Employment Equity Reports; Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report; Compilation of Training Plans Retention and acquisition of statutory and government amendments and regulations Update the organizational structures as and when required Prepare the training rooms for training session and maintain stock levels and consumables for training sessions, i.e. water, coffee etc. Capture skills development on VIP of completed training records Controlling training and decelopment of staff Conducting job evaluation surveys Liaising with Managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programmes or schemes Ensuring employees receive statutory required training Designing and assessing training programmes
