R22 000 basic salary + benefits.ESTABLISHED IN THE EARLY 1980s, OUR CLIENT IS ONE OF SOUTH AFRICAS LARGEST MANUFACTURERS OF BOARD PACKAGING AND PRINTING.The ideal candidate should have/be the following:A relevant qualificationA minimum 5 years experience in a similar roleSolid experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience identifying training needsExperience creating training programsBe proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPointStrong admin skillsProject management skillsKey responsibilities, but not limited to:Training:Apply for SETA GrantsComplete Training Requisition accordinglyArrange training accordingly: Internally & ExternallyCompile, capture, complete and submit WSP/ATR planConduct Internal Training Programmes:InductionHACCP TrainingSoft-skillsIn conjunction with Line Managers: Operating procedures/Work procedures train & assessMust be able to create/compile/initiate training programs identify training needs and develop training program accordinglyApprenticeship-program:Apply for SETA GrantSource suitable candidateInterview suitable candidateArrange Psychometric AssessmentManage and monitor training-programRecruitment (General Assistant, Assistant, Forklift/Clamp Driver):Source suitable candidatesInterview suitable candidate with managerReference checksGeneral:Translate during meetings/counselling/hearings/noticesEmployment Equity:Committee memberManage and update Occupational LevelsRemuneration:R22 000 + benefits.
