Non-negotiable requirements: CA(SA) First time board passes 5 years post article experience Strong consolidations and corporate reporting experience. Taxation experience Staff leadership M ain responsibilities: Corporate and Financial Reporting Manage both internal and external financial reporting function Manage the integrated reporting at head office level Handle the group management reporting (budgeting and forecasting) Monitor compliance(standards,acts and regulations,policies, processes and systems) Taxation: Oversee the full taxation function at head office level( Income tax,VAT,Employee tax,Customs and Carbon tax) Complianace, Financial statement risk management,systems, processes and controls Lead in the overall financial governance of the group Business Intelligence and analytics: ERP systems Financial audits and assurance: Liase with external auditors Be the key contributor to the development of the integrated assurance plan and model Head office accounting function: Manage the daily operations of the function Budgeting and cost management: CAPEX Strategic projects: Be involved in the strategic planning of key strategic projects
