We are looking for a Mid-Level Graphic Designer to assist our Creative Director with visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. Youll be the one to shape the visual aspects of our website, product packaging, social content and app. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. You need to be able to work methodically as part of a team and be able to receive constructive criticism. Our ideal candidate will be experienced at creating engaging content at pace and have a wide range of executional skills on the programs within the Adobe Creative Suite. Digital creative is the core focus, but all forms of media will be needed. Descriptor: Proven graphic designing experience A strong portfolio of various execution styles Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) A keen eye for aesthetics and details Able to receive constructive criticism and execute it Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines Responsibilities: Study design briefs and determine requirements Conceptualize visuals based on requirements Prepare rough drafts and assist the team with presentation slides Creating monthly content to assist with business targets Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using the Adobe Creative Suite Work with Copywriters and Creative Director to produce final design Test graphics across various media Amend designs after feedback Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Qualifications and Experience: Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or Art Direction 3 - 5 years experience working in graphic design/art direction at a digital agency (essential) with some client-side experience (preferred)
