Ensure implementation of all Operational Policies and Procedures, and introduce Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) where necessary Responsible for Occupational Health and Safety. (OHS) Implementation and maintenance of equipment and ensure the effective and safe use of Warehouse equipment. Complete the entire process for claims and or damages, and report to EXCO on the steps to alleviate future claims and or damages. Ensure stock levels of all cargo are accounted for on a continuous basis by use of the relevant systems. People Management Introduce, implement staff performance reviews. Introduce, implement, and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain relationships with customers and transporters. A minimum of 10 (Ten) years' EXPERIENCE IN ROAD AND SEA LOGISTICS, with 5 (Five) years' experience being in a Senior Management position, preferably in General Management in a maritime and logistics company . Degree pref MBA Sound commercial and financial experience in compiling financial reports and calculating PnL and profit margins Import and Export knowledge essential.
