Renowned for their commitment to excellence and unparalleled guest experiences, they are seeking a dynamic and dedicated couple to join their team as General Managers.Job Description:Our client is in search of a driven, energetic, and passionate couple to take charge of managing their luxury lodge. Lodge experience is crucial for this position as the successful candidates will be responsible for guest relations, staff management, admin management, stock management, as well as the maintenance and upkeep of the lodge. Additionally, knowledge or experience in spa management/treatments, game drives/field guiding, and kitchen management would be advantageous.Position Details:Accommodation: Live-in position provided with a one-bedroom house (regrettably no pets or dependents).Reporting: Directly to the CEO or an appointed individual by the CEO.Work Cycle: 3 weeks on duty, 1 week off duty or 6 weeks on duty, 2 weeks off duty (flexibility can be discussed).Requirements: Valid driver's license and PrDP (Professional Driving Permit).Meals: Breakfast and dinner provided when on duty.Salary: Competitive salary ranging between R35,000 to R40,000 for the couple.Qualifications and Skills:Previous experience in lodge management is essential.Strong guest relations and interpersonal skills.Excellent staff management abilities.Proficient in admin and stock management.Capability in lodge maintenance and upkeep.Additional experience in spa management/treatments, game drives/field guiding, or kitchen management is highly beneficial.Join our client's team and become part of an unforgettable experience for guests in the heart of Bela Bela!
