Sci or B.Comm Acc or B.Tech or other relevant Accounting; Finance; Investments; Economics / Business qual)Recently completed articles (having ideally audited within the financial services / investment / fund accounting arena)Passion for the financial services / investment arenaKEY RESPONSIBILITIESCapturing of investment tradesPerforming accurate Net Asset Value calculations including expense and accrual calculationsPerforming weekly / daily cash and stock reconciliations and proper investigation andresolution of any reconciling differencesPerforming daily cash management (including preparing payment and transfer instructions)and updating the cash transactionsPerforming daily / monthly asset pricingMonitoring sources for Corporate Actions and updating the systemCapturing daily cash movements as well as trades and updating transactionsInvestigating and answering queries with dealers; brokers; custodians; auditors and clientsEnsuring compliance with company policy and procedures; client service level agreements and internal controlsPerforming weekly / monthly compliance checksSending out valuation e-mails to pre-defined distribution listsCompletion of quarterly statutory returnsAccurately updating and maintaining relevant sections in the delivery matrixTo apply please upload your CV via the link.
