Freelance Multi Media Designer

We are seeking a talented and Cape Town-based multimedia designer to join our graphic design team. As a multimedia designer, you will be working closely with our in-house graphic designers and software programmers to design and produce high-end visual, textual, and animated content for our projects.
To ensure success, you should have a background in digital design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate on projects. Ultimately, a top-notch multimedia designer is someone whose visual design skills translate into high-quality animated content that engages the intended audience.
Multimedia Designer Responsibilities:Meeting with stakeholders to determine the project scopeConducting research on media techniques and design ideasDevelop multimedia content ideas in collaboration with graphic designers, visual designers, and software programmersDesigning and producing attractive multimedia content according to the required specificationsCreating digital images, video animations, and textual animationsCreating original artwork for digital image processingCreating animated sequences using computer animation softwareRecording, editing, and encoding audio filesEditing video filesPerforming media edits based on user feedbackMultimedia Designer Requirements:Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital design, film, or a related fieldA complete portfolio of multimedia design content showcasing your skills and experienceIn-depth knowledge of software design programs such as InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchAbility to collaborate on long-term projectsExcellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and animationArtistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing contentGood communication and interpersonal skills
