Duties & Responsibilities Manage Supervisors in Sand, die casting, Pattern shop and tool room. Manage output to meet sheduled job orders timeously. Quality must meet client specifications. Downtime reduction be compliance to Maintenance and Continous improvement exercises. Facilitate and mentor team members. Adhering to safety and housekeeping standards. Desired Experience & Qualification Safety management act. Word, Excel and Outlook. Strong technical and practical knowledge in a non-ferrous foundry. Matric. SAIF foundry metallurgy certification, BTech or BSc Mettallurgy. QC accreditation. Artisan qualification in foundry technology. Package & Remuneration R400K CTC
