Purpose of Position
We're on the lookout for a Food and Beverage Supervisor who embodies passion and a commitment to exceptional service. This position will commence in June.
In this role, you'll be involved in the daily running of True South Dining Room, Bordeau Wine Lounge, room service,minibars, and events.
We're seeking a knowledgeable hospitality team player with a flair for food and wine. As a supportive leader and trainer, you'll bring out the best in the team.
Your responsibilities will span across day and evening shifts, ensuring that our service standards remain impeccable. From guiding and training our team members to managing reservations and overseeing food and beverage services, your role will be pivotal in creating outstanding dining experiences.

Skills, Experience and Attributes Strong service experience in 5-star hotel fine dining restaurants and show leadership capability Extensive wine knowledge
Barista and cocktail skills
Experience in multiple hotel food and beverage outlets such as events and in-room dining
Experience with POS system
Relevant industry qualification/s (e.g. WSET) an advantage
Second language highly desirable
Strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
Good verbal and written English language skills
Available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
