FOH Requirements:Must have previous experience in a luxury safari lodge environment and have exceptional guest service skills Must have strong admin skills and be efficient in invoicing, stock control etc. Must be fully computer literate Must have a great command of the English language (other languages beneficial)Must be organised with great attention to detail Must have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills Guide Requirements:FGASA registeredExperience in a luxury lodge environment is essentialMust have at least 1-2 years of working experienceMust be DEAT registered with valid ARH, PDP and First AidMust be a people person have a passion for wildlife and nature and be conservation-mindedExperience in maintenance (advantageous)Must have good time management skills and an excellent work ethicLive-in position. Unfortunately, no kids or pets allowed.
