Machine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of machinery including but not limited to conveyor systems, packaging machines, filling machines, and labeling equipment.Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical issues, identify root causes of equipment malfunctions, and implement solutions to minimize downtime.Machine Adjustments: Make necessary adjustments to machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality.Parts Replacement: Replace worn or defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance and repair tasks. Report any safety hazards or concerns to management immediately.Experience: Minimum of 5 of experience as a Fitter and Turner in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.Qualifications: A relevant trade qualification (e.g., Fitter and Turner certification) is required.
