You will report to the Sales and Support Manager.

Responsibilities Your primary responsibility in this position is to provide support to financial advisors working on Our Client's (CRM Software solution).You will have to provide telephonic, live chat and email support and feedback on all incoming enquiries.Establish whether our advisors have a need for additional training or information sessions and to set up such interaction.Identify and action necessity for changes to the system and communicate to the relevant parties. Log tickets in this regard.Testing of all new releases done on the system.Provide regular feedback and reports on all calls.Provide support on updating information as and when needed.Requirements RE5 or equivalent qualification in the Financial Services Sector.Experience working as a Para-planner.Proven work experience of at least one year as Financial Needs Analysis Technical Support Agent.A strong customer focussed approach.Language proficiency in Afrikaans and English.Ability to work under pressure.Strong communication skills in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written communication).Exceptional attention to detail.Self-starter and self-driven attitude.Ability to work in a team.Fill in the form below to apply for this position Job Applying for: (Required)
