Reporting to: Senior Finance Manager
Job Purpose:This is a new role in the new Property Division of Nimble Group. The Financial Manager will be responsible for building out the finance property team, setting up the necessary processes and reporting, overseeing the accounting function, monthly reporting and analysis and presenting information that is useful for decision making. The successful candidate will need to work closely with an already established property deal team who are responsible for the purchase and sales of properties.
Location:Woodstock, Cape Town
Key Performance Areas:
Under the management / direction of the Senior Manager Finance, theFinancial Managerwill have the following responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Regularly report upon and interpret the management accounts and financial reports
Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements
Oversee the day-to-day accounting function
Participate in property deal specific matters
Facilitate the year-end audit
Any other related duties may be assigned as necessary

Skills and Experience:
Newly qualified CA (SA) OR BCom (Accounting/Finance) degree with at least 3 - 5 years related work experience
Accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Strong excel skills
Experience with managing a team

Working Hours:
Mondays – Fridays: 08:00am – 17:00pm
