Extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, and financial reporting, as well as experience in dealing with large numbers of annuity-based customers and reporting monthly movements secures.   Responsibilities: Financial strategy development - collaborating with the Executive team to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's long-term goals and drive sustainable growth Budgeting and forecasting - leading the budgeting process, monitoring financial performance against budgets, and providing accurate and timely financial forecasts Financial reporting and analysis - overseeing the preparation of financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making Risk management - identifying and mitigating financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing internal controls to safeguard the company's assets Stakeholder management - building strong relationships with stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, Executive team, investors, and external partners Apply: ******
