A fast-growing and dynamic foreign exchange intermediary is looking to employ a suitable candidate for a position as a financial dealer/administrator. As a financial dealer, you perform important functions for various purposes within the foreign exchange space, working closely with various banks and internal stakeholders. Duties & Responsibilities Daily engagement with clients to confirm forex rates and provide clients with market commentary. Facilitation of bookings of forex deals for clients. Capture trade advice information. Complete balance of payment forms for inward and outward transactions Opening new client accounts and maintaining current accounts. Validate client information via internal systems. Assisting the Forex administration team with the resolution of Forex queries. Daily engagement with stakeholders, banking partners and their forex settlements team Forwarding payment advice to relevant stakeholders Filling Ad-hoc administrative functions Desired Experience & Qualification Skills and attributes: Team Player Good communication skills speak clearly Great attention to detail Accuracy Strong with numbers Fast learner Works well under pressure Hard-working and dedicated Client-Centric Advantageous if you have: Interested in and understanding economic and financial markets Experience in settlements/dealing/forex FICA knowledge South African Reserve Bank policy knowledge Financial Sector Conduct Authority knowledge Minimum qualification & Experience: Matric NQF5 or similar qualification (Current or studying towards) RE5 Qualification
