Position entails full accounting function, including (but not limited to) the following:oversee the maintenance of the general ledger and relating accounting recordsposting of all GL batchespreparation and processing of journals (including the relevant calculations and presentation of the supporting documentation)review of payments' supporting documentationpreparation of weekly cash flow informationall balance sheet and income statement reconciliations (including creditors, bank and stock reconciliations)preparation of daily, weekly and monthly sales reportingpreparation of ad hoc reportsassisting with the Annual BBBEE Verification preparation.e-filing of statutory returnsbooking of forex payments including loading the payment on the banking system and reconciliation of foreign supplier accounts.assist with the co-ordination of the monthly stock count and resolving & processing of the stock count variancesmonth-end procedures (including the processing of all accruals)preparation of monthly management accountsanalysis and providing reasons for variances to budget on monthly accountsassist in capturing of budgets and forecastsmaintaining the fixed asset registermanagement of petty cashassist with preparation and coordination of the audit processassist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and proceduresvarious other ad hoc accounting functionsassist with ad-hoc queries as and when they ariseDetailed and deadline drivenStrong organizational skills and ability to use own initiativeMust be able to work under pressure, as part of a teamExcellent communication skills both written and verbal in English Please provide ALL the information requested below, to submit your CV:
