Finance And Data Analyst Officer

Johannesburg - Responsible for reporting key figures and performance indicators, as well as managing the withdrawal and deposit process for different brands. These brands may focus on Cryptocurrency trading. Deposits can be received via credit card, wires, and alternative payment solutions such as money wallets and crypto currency. Strong Excel skills are required, and any CRM experience is advantageous.

Tertiary education in Accounting / Business / Finance / Investment / Math’s or equivalent
Excellent EXCEL skills
2 to 4 year of relevant working experience
Key Responsibilities

Action all deposit requests received within the designated timeframe
Action all withdrawals requests received within the designated timeframe
Run EXCEL based analytical reports on top-line brand performance
Run KPI analyses on sales employees
Create new reports and add value to existing reports
Create account summaries and projections for future clients
Action queries regarding withdrawals internally and assist customer support and back office.
Prepare reconciliations of various accounts, CRM deposits & withdrawals
Complete special projects, and miscellaneous duties as prescribed by Management
Skills, Abilities & Competencies

Analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Intermediate to Strong Microsoft Excel abilities such as pivot tables and functions.
Attention to detail.
Must be adaptable & learn quickly.
Able to multitask & show initiative.
Must be able to work well under pressure.
Must have at least intermediate excel skills, have an understanding of Google sheets and Gmail.
