Location: BellvilleIndustry:Information TechnologySalary: R60 000 – R70 000 (CTC) p/m Benefits:Pension, medical aid, cell & internet allowanceType:PermanentCV deadline date:3 May 2024 Start date:ASAPRequirements •CA (SA) or similar qualification•Minimum 3 years' experience in a finance and reporting role•Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role•Knowledge of Sage Intacct, Click-up, Scubed HR & Payroll system•Finnivo will be an advantage•Experience in implementing new systems•Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word MS Teams, SharePoint etc.) Duties•Manage financial team & assisting Financial Director•Prepare monthly accounts and reports for Exco and Group•SARS return review and submissions•Assist Financial Director with forecasting, budgeting, month-end reporting process •Responsible for year-end statutory audit•Assist with year-end B-BBEE audit•Manage and maintain the ISO compliance process for ISO27001, ISO20000 and ISO9001•Responsible for risk management & legal compliance•Review Payroll•Maintain internal & financial controls to safeguard company assets & ensure integrity of financial data•Manage financial software. •Manage company's cash flow & ensure funds are correctly allocated & invested•Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are aligned with overall business objectives•Implement financial strategies that support growth and profitability•Ensure company's financial records are accurate & up-to-date & financial transactions are correctly recorded & documented•Responsible for financial administration & ad hoc projects
