We are looking for a Technical Field Team Lead (Foreman) to join the team, as the company embarks on the expansion of the network throughout South Africa. In taking on this role, you will be joining a talented and passionate team dedicated to building and empowering the communities which they serve, by equipping them with the internet accessibility required for their personal and professional development. The role demands that you be proactive, resourceful, hands-on, highly responsible, and able to take initiative. Responsibilities of the role (not limited to but including): Installations & Maintenance Relocation of wireless services Remounting poles Reprogramming and replacing hardware Uninstalls and loco work Fault finding and troubleshooting Team Leader Responsibilities (to list a few): Uphold the company's name and integrity of the business by interacting with clients in a friendly and respectful manner. Organise and oversee your team Oversee your team's jobs Responsible and accountable for your team's tools Liaise with the Team Manager as a touchpoint for the team Liaise with Customers Liaise with Customer Support regarding scheduling Provide customers with invoices from relevant office department if so required Requirements: Background in cabling installations (Wireless, CCTV, DSTV etc) Ability to use a variety of tools including drills, ratchets, hammers, allen keys, crimping tools Experience leading a team Valid Driver's License (must be valid for 1 year) Experience leading a small team NOTE: We ONLY accept online applications.
