Job Description:The overall purpose of this position is to ensure the effective and efficient operations of the Branch and ensuring that all site specific security requirements are adhered to and that the client's needs are efficiently and professionally met at all times.(ads1)Job Responsibilities:Ensuring that contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the client.Submitting relevant weekly / monthly incident and general reports as required by Senior Management.Dealing with all required administration matters.Ensuring that Security staff maintains required performance at all times.Maintaining good relations between Fidelity Security Service Group and the Client with regard to security services rendered.Liaising daily with Executive management on various operational issues.Constantly evaluating the service levels provided and making recommendations to the client regarding the improvement of services.Job Requirements:Matric certificate, PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation.Computer literacy on Microsoft Programs.Strong planning, leadership, organisational skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.Administration, interpersonal communication and client liaison skills are required.Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management and its requirements.Own reliable transport and valid Driver's License is required.People management experience.At least 5 years' experience in the security industry.Job Details:Company:Fidelity Services GroupVacancy Type:Full TimeJob Location:VereenigingApplication Deadline: N/A(ads2)Apply Hereinstantcareers.net#J-18808-Ljbffr
