We are seeking a creative, driven Floral Supervisor to join the Fairmont Floral team. In this dynamic position, you will enjoy working with a dedicated team as we strive to provide memorable experiences for our guests and clients. The Floral Supervisor will ensure all Fairmont Floral activations meet Fairmont Scottsdale Princess' AAA Five Diamond standards.
Demonstrate business acumen by assisting retail leadership team with various accounting & financial duties including: invoicing, pricing, proposals, reporting, etcAssist with a variety of floral tasks including: assembling & delivering floral arrangements, organizing supplies, cleaning & prepping flowers, etcFollow approved procedures for ordering, receiving, and storing products. Maintain an awareness of inventory conditions; note any discrepancies in inventoryMaintain cleanliness of the design area and floral section of the coolers, storage areas, etc.Maintain clear communication with other departments and ensure all Fairmont Floral SOPs are executed appropriatelyCapture photos of designs for social media & internal and external marketing promotionsOther miscellaneous duties to support Fairmont Floral operations as required Qualifications
Previous resort and/or floral experience rereferredStrong work ethicAbility to work effectively with minimal supervisionFlexibility to work including weekend and holidaysStrong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspaceExcellent time management and attention to detailComfortable working in a cooler environment (flower shop temperature)Previous experience in floral arrangement or a related field is preferredKnowledge of various types of flowers, their care, and arranging techniquesExcellent customer service and communication skills.Proficient in Excel, Word, Canva, Outlook, Power Point, Point of Sale, and TrelloFlexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as neededAbility to drive a company vehicle to pick up and/or deliver florals to external clients or vendors Additional Information
