With over 130 sites spanning Southern Africa, they boast a bustling Operations and Technical team responsible for numerous monthly refurbishments and fit-outs. From advanced HVAC systems to specialized flooring, our installations feature state-of-the-art amenities such as saunas, large indoor pools, and spa facilities.

Given an impending internal promotion, they are seeking a new Director of Facilities to oversee the entire South African portfolio's facilities. This pivotal role involves setting and implementing both capital and operational expenditure budgets while taking charge of utilities across all branches. The ideal candidate will demonstrate prowess in risk and loss mitigation, maximizing asset life cycles, and possess a hands-on approach. Given the large footprint of the portfolio, your willingness to travel is essential.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced facilities head and come with a background inmulti-site facilities management, ideally overseeing a large, national or regional portfolio. An Engineering qualification is essential. Expertise in utilities management and professional registration with SAFMA is preferred.
