JOB DETAILS Base pay starting at $24.50-$28.50 per hour plus $1 per hour shift differential 3rd Shift: Monday through Friday; 11:00pm to 7:30am Benefits Start Day 1 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide multi-skilled maintenance/electrical support focused on customer service, quality, cost and productivity in a TPM and CI environment. Focused on developing maintenance skills and abilities. Follows and promotes safety and safely perform all job tasks. Demonstrate respectful workplace behavior.
Understand, troubleshoot and problem solve issues of basic complexity in advanced electrical/mechanical systems (PLC, Drives, Servo, HMI, CNC, etc.)Test and perform preventative maintenanceUnderstand basic operation and use of electrical test equipmentUnderstand electrical arc flash protection code requirements & understand basic electrical circuitsUnderstand basic function of PLC, drives and controlsUnderstand types of conduit and conduit fittingsDemonstrate ability to cut, bend and install pipeUnderstand, maintain, and troubleshoot AC and DC motors and drivesMaintain and troubleshoot basic motor branch circuitsUse electrical test equipment to measure current voltage and resistanceUnderstand trouble shooting process for electrical equipment and electrical systemsBasic troubleshoot PLC, drives, HMIQualifications2 years Associate Degree in a related field or equivalent past work experiencePowered Industrial Truck (PIT) experienceBasic PC skills (MS Windows)Ability to work in a team environment and self-direct activitiesContinued technical training required each yearAdditional informationSite Location:1780 Westfork Dr., Lithia Springs, GA 30122
