Export Specialist

Requirements:Degree or National Diploma in Logistics/Commercial Management or Supply Chain Management4 Years relevant experience in Shipping and Export of CommoditiesSAP Material Management experience or equivalentAdvanced Shipping and Export CertificationAdvanced understanding and knowledge of total logistics and or supply chain management involving road, rail and shippingAdvanced understanding and knowledge of Total Quality ManagementProduct Knowledge of Chrome Ore and FerrochromeKnowledge and understanding of surface operations at Mine to producing a saleable product on stockpileKnowledge and understanding of post tap hole operations at Smelters to producing a saleable product on stockpileUnderstanding of operations related to rail and road transport at sites including movement to destinationAdvance Microsoft OfficeAdvanced transport / material or other scheduling knowledgeKPAs:Maintain and update Master, Rail, Road & Shipping BooksMonitor and optimise shipping costs and/or inventory levelsOversee all SAP Invoicing transactionsOversee the finalisation of all Customer Shipping documentationMonitor Rail service provider performance as per SLABook suitable vessels for customer orders (container ships)Assist in the preparation of budgets, costing and/or any other shipping related reportingPlease note should you not receive a response within 7 business days of applying, you may consider your application as being unsuccessful.
