Position: Experienced Dealership Service Advisor Industry: Automotive Location: East Rand Salary: Basic Dependant on Experience MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: ? Valid South African Drivers License. Senior Certificate. SKILLS :? Excellent communication skills. Able to take instructions and complete tasks. Work Independently. Take initiative without overstepping boundaries. EXPERIENCE: ? In a Corporate Dealership Min 5+ years. Dealer Programs: BSI / Evolve / Kerridge / CMS. Ford / Mazda Warranty experience. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Must be able to perform various tasks such as:. The successful candidate will be required to achieve daily and monthly Up Selling Sales targets, Achieving CSI / CVP above 95%, attend training. Must be ambitious, energetic, and determined to succeed. Duties include but not limited to: Booking in of Vehicles with clients. Checking of vehicles prior to client leaving the dealership. Ensuring job cards are correctly completed and allocated to correct technician. Following up with the workshop during the day to ensure that client is correctly updated. Up selling of other products. Maintaining a CSI / CVP of 90% and above.
