Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join their company
Requirements:

Must have 5 to 8 experience as an Executive Chef 
Grade 12
Formal cooking Degree/Diploma
Experience in running functions of up to 250 pax
Strong knowledge of food and kitchen procedures


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall management of the kitchen
Maintain hygiene standards
Control of stock takes and staff training
Create, cost, and maintain recipes

Salary:
Live-In with 3 meals a day includedR 30 000 to R 40 000
