The Enrollment Communications Project Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our institution by developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to increase student enrollment and engagement. This role requires expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to leverage its capabilities for effective enrollment marketing campaigns. This role collaborates closely with the Undergraduate Enrollment Systems and Operations, Undergraduate Admissions, Marketing and Communications, and various campus stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a team player who can work both independently and part of a larger team, to support existing and developing marketing strategies.
This position reports to the Dean of Admissions with a dotted line to the Executive Director of Undergraduate Enrollment Strategy and Analytics.
The Undergraduate Enrollment Marketing Specialist role is a hybrid position and is a mix of work from home and on campus.

Campaign Planning: Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media, with a particular focus on automation and personalization using Marketing Cloud.Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders: Identify and build partnerships with faculty and staff stakeholders, developing, executing and monitoring recruitment and engagement plans.Develop and Expand External Partnerships: Identify and build partnerships with relevant organizations and influencers. Ensure fresh content on third party sites, the seamless flow of inquiry data into Salesforce, and monitor conversion rates throughout the funnel in support of enrollment goals .Data Analysis: Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud data analytics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.Project Management: serve as a liaison with University Marketing and Communications to collaborate on projects related to Undergraduate Enrollment.Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by the supervisor.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in enrollment marketing within the higher education sector.Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its application in higher education marketing.Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.Exceptional communication and copywriting skills.Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.Project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.FLSA STATUS
