We are transforming SA retail for the better; using a stable, secure base as our catalyst for change.We are building on a scale that will test our limits but when we break through, the impact on us and our customers will be profound.As a Team Lead in Web, you will manage a team of Front-end engineers who are responsible for all front-end aspects of the website - Cart, Checkout, PDP, PLP etc.You willbe responsible for managing the delivery of engineering projects, managing the growth and development of your team members as well as building and fostering effective teams where individuals are enabled to do their best work.This is anexcitingopportunity as the team is currently in the process of migrating to amodern stackon Next.js, running on the Edge runtime on Cloudflare pages. WHO YOU ARE:Skills you already have:Experience leading a team, with a focus on a very high quality output and team enablement.A history of writing high quality, scalable, code - we primarily use GoLang for our backend services, and Flutter for our mobile applications.
