We love bringing our young learners from around the world together through a common language and building global connections._________________________________________________________________________________________Position Summary:The Airport Coordinator is responsible for the welcoming and greeting of our students arriving and leaving Malta. The Airport Coordinator makes sure our students are safely met and escorted to their Centre by the appropriate member of our staff as efficiently as possible. The candidate possesses a strong focus on customer service quality. Attention to detail, punctuality, and great communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of students for who you are responsible and with whom you come into contactMaximising students and group leaders' satisfaction by ensuring their experience meets or exceeds their expectationsSpecific duties include:To meet and greet Embassy summer students on arrivalTo assure students arrive on time for departureTo handle airport arrivals and departures of students in a courteous and professional mannerTo follow-up on 'No Show' students and communicate thoroughly with the Transfer ManagerOrganisational Compliance:The job holder will be expected to operate in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct, and any local policies and operating procedures relating to academic, welfare and safeguarding matters.Employees are required to cooperate fully with all arrangements in place related to Health and Safety which include implementation and compliance with control measures resultant from risk assessments and engagement with, and completion of, any relevant Health and Safety training.Education Required:Educated to Degree level or equivalent/or working towardsValid First Aid Certificate (Desirable)Safeguarding Level 1 (Desirable – if not in possession, Embassy Summer will provide the necessary course upon successful selection)Experience Required:No prior work experience is required for the role of airport coordinator however we do look for candidates with a lot of common sense and great communication skills.
