Required Skills: 3 years of E-commerce platform management experience - Essential Team training & management experience Excellent English language skills Basic understanding of HTML Detail-oriented and able to multitask SEO experience Advanced Excel skills Database management experience Hard-working & strong team player Experience with Google Workspace (Google Docs) CRM and inventory management software experience (Dear, Sage, Zoho, Vend) Duties Include: Overseeing the updating and maintenance of a database of 40,000+ products Managing Google Merchant Centre Feed Updating business details on Google (store locations & retail website information) Updating Google Site map Liaising with suppliers and managing product issues, updates, additions, and feedback Supplier Database Management/Maintenance Managing E-commerce platform (back and front end) Uploading products and ensuring quality control Updating website/store information Page creation and maintenance Data Feed Creation and Generation Updating homepage Managing team and day-to-day schedule Recording team metrics Training and onboarding new team members Creating training materials Collaborating with other teams Conducting product research *Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted*
