JOB PURPOSE As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience at all times, offering proactive solutions to any issues or concerns our customers might face. You will be required to respond to phone calls as well as webchat/email queries from international customers, in English, making sure their bookings, re-bookings or cancellations run smoothly. ACCOUNTABILITIES & DELIVERABLES Providing excellent customer experiences at all time Verify & update customer information Proactively offer solutions to any issues or concerns that customers might face Outstanding administrative skills that covers planning, organizing and time management skills, Ownership of the customer experience and follow through Working to a high degree of accuracy and speed Able to comprehend complex customers queries Verbal Communication: Hearing objections and processing the deeper meanings Acknowledging the feelings of others and reacting appropriately Remaining calm during stressful situations Explaining steps and processes that others can easily understand Productivity and quality To be able to identify when to escalate customer queries and complaints timeously Be able to pass all training modules during new hire and ongoing campaign training PERSON SPECIFICATION Essential Matric Clear criminal and credit record High level of English Proficiency Computer literacy – ability to speedily navigate multiple systems effectively Results orientated with solution driven mentality Positive attitude and motivated mindset Attention to detail Availability to work shifts between 07:00 and 01:00 SA (Essential) Experience 6 months International Call Centre experience or 12 months in an airline reservations or travel agency environment (Essential)
