RESPONSIBILITIES Second in comand, manager responsibilities will default to Team Leader when manager is absent/on leaveOn the floor coaching and guidanceHandling queries and disputes and timeous feedback to relative partiesDaily call auditsQA and FAIS audit feedbackDaily production matrix and reports tracking (sales, conversions and calls per agent)Weekly softskill and sales trainingMaintaining set SLA'sMaintaining current portfolio by balancing sales, sales conversions, acquisition costs, partnerships and cancellationsMonitoring the lead pools and ensuring that all leads are distributed and contact attempted within the targeted turnaroundtimes.Dilligently recycling existing dataMaintain a healthy lead to sale conversion on both new and recycled leadsDaily accountability on lead distribution, conversions, sales made, open tasks, call attempts, gaps between calls and call times.Hold daily team meetings setting the daily commitments and feedbackWeekly & monthly individual meetings with teamLiaising with leadership in working through PIP's to finalityEngage and collaborate with supporting divisions to ensure full understanding of the teams roles and knock on effects within the greater value chain.Maintain individual daily and monthly targetsContinuously improve conversion and collection ratesMaintaining a zero error, compliance and TCF percentageAvoid dropped and re-queued callsOne-on-one monthly feedback, suggestions and concernsLeadership Responsibilities: Monitor team performanceOn-going coaching and training of employeesImplement organisational policies in compliance with all relevant acts such as the Basic Conditions of Employment (BCEA), i.e. leave, overtimeStaff planning and development in line with company Employment Equity PlanManage workplace discipline in line with company disciplinary code#J-18808-Ljbffr
