Divisional Financial Manager

A Global Business Service Company is seeking a dedicated in-office Divisional Financial Manager to join their team in Johannesburg. As the Divisional FM, you will oversee the seamless and precise delivery of management accounts, statutory compliance, and payroll responsibilities within the organization. Further, playing a pivotal role in managing employees to ensure the timely completion of tasks while maintaining a high standard of quality. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage all financial and accounting operations within the division, encompassing statutory reporting, secretarial oversight, and financial controls.Lead audit and review processes for the division.Oversee payroll procedures across the entire company.Showcase advanced skills in preparing Annual Financial Statements and ensuring compliance with complete IFRS standards, cashflow statements, and tax computations.Managing projects from initiation to conclusion, including identifying innovative processes and system optimization.Lead and foster the growth and development of a high-performance team, and establish collaborative relationships across different departments/teams. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of post-article experience in the audit and/or business environment.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA (SA) or CIMA qualification is required.Proven experience in financial management, with a strong understanding of management accounting, statutory compliance, and payroll processes at a minimum in an oversight capacity.Proven track record in Business Partnering.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and develop a team and liaise with internal/external clients.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.Proficiency in computer usage, with advanced Excel Skills. SALARY: Cost to Company Per Annum: R840k – R960k
