ResponsibilitiesIn charge of looking after day-to-day operationsQuick response to driver's problems i.e., customers refusing stock, truck breakdowns etc.Liaising with planners to add loads.Manage drivers working hours as well as rate my delivery KPIs by calling drivers and customers.Compiling distribution reports required for DPO (Distribution Optimization Process)Attending mandatory meetings with drivers.Conducting trade visits to check on customers and drivers.SkillsKnowledge of customer service principles.Demonstrates reliability.Good interpersonal skills / builds good relationships.Ability to work under pressure.Verbal ability and communication skillsExcellent self-management and planning skillsStrong achievement orientation.Minimum Requirements3-year Tertiary Degree / Diploma, preferably in supply chain and or logistics.2 years experience in a customer service role within an FMCG Supply chain and or logistics.Valid code 8 drivers licence.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.SAP experience will be preferred.How to Apply:Please submit a Word or PDF version of your CV.
