The SAEInstitute Distance (online) Campus is looking for a: Animation and MotionDesign Facilitator to join our academic team.

The postrequires impeccability in every aspect of the qualification's academicintegrity, student support, academic content development, evaluation,moderation, assessment of learning as well as supporting SAE Institute's visionand mission.

Requirements Essential Qualifications & Experience: ? Initial bachelor's degree (NQF Level7) Qualification needs to be in related field (Animation and Motion Design,Digital Arts etc.)

? A minimum of 2 years lecturing /teaching experience within higher education

? Experience in the field of 2D or 3D animationof a minimum of 2 years preferred.

? Experience in Online Facilitation andworkshop facilitation skills in an academic or training environment of aminimum of 2 years preferred.

? Demonstrate knowledge and experiencein 2D tradigital and cutout animation and relevant software (preferablytoonboomharmony, Adobe software suite, particularly Photoshop and possibly AdobeAnimate (or similar 2D animation software)

? Demonstrate Knowledge and experiencein 3D animation, sculpting and software (preferably Blender)

? Online facilitation experience beneficial,with fundamental understanding of curriculum and assessment management andimprovement and gradebook management.

? Proficient in Learning ManagementSystems and MS Office computer software

? Strong admin ability

? Skills in either storyboarding, assetcreation/concept art (for games) or motion graphics is an additional requirement.

? Possess communication, interpersonalskills, administration skills, be organised and possess good time management skills.

? Collaborative and willing to work withfellow lecturers and the HOA to support students.

? Knowledge of academic compliancewithin the higher education sector

? Proficient in computer software, apps,social media, and technology in general
