This individual must excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and have a proven track record of operationalising performance-focused resource teams, channels, and programs that deliver business results.What you'll do:Be accountable for partnering with management-level resource leadership to translate business objectives into specific delivery goals and processes that empower the cross-functional Integrated delivery that delivers accelerated growth through increased collaboration, quality, efficiency and speed.Collaborate with team leaders to identify operational hurdles. Automate and simplify processes, controls, and workflows to facilitate on-time, consistent delivery across channels, while also reducing/eliminating inefficiencies.Collaborate with teams to develop the delivery capabilities and infrastructure vision and roadmap for e-complete, identifying a path to build and scale a world-class e-commerce stack that will meet the needs of the business, effectively engage customers, scale communications, and enable accelerated growth and optimised performance.Partner with the Finance team to manage and report on delivery budgets, inform resource allocation and find new and improved ways to track, prioritise, and measure ROI. Manage eComplete operating and overhead budget to minimal variance, including budget forecasting and re-forecasting processes. Partner with resource leaders to refine processes and reduce forecast vs actual spend variability.Serve as the relationship lead between delivery and finance and finance. Build and lead Operations for the enabling the implementation and measurement of multi-resource delivery, elevating the level of planning and execution of delivery across resource teams. Directly oversee the executional aspects of key systems and tools that enable for enhanced levels of quality, timing and profitability.Hold together the operational ecosystem that is eComplete multi-functional delivery teams. What we're looking for:Senior experience fast-paced operations with proven ability to manage large scale, complex delivery teams.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, influence and build strong working relationships at all levels. Proven track record of partnering with internal and external business, product and teams.Experience developing integrated operational strategies and supporting teams while translating those strategies into business plans.Experience utilising data and measurement to drive decisions and drive process workflows and technical solutions.Excel at aligning stakeholders and managing complex deliverables, with proven ability to move programs forward on time and with minimal friction. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.Capacity to work effectively with ambiguity, adapting quickly to changing goals and objectives.
