ZiyanaGroup is looking for an experienced digital learning content developer to joinour team.
Responsibilities: Responsiblefor creating engaging and interactive learning materials to support our internalLearning and Development initiatives as well as those of our clients. Designand develop engaging e-learning modules, videos, and other digital learningformats that align with client's scope of work. Incorporateinteractive learning elements, such as quizzes, simulations, and gamification,to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention. Incorporategamification and other interactive elements to enhance learner engagement andknowledge retention. Ensurethat digital learning content is visually appealing, user-friendly, andaccessible to learners with diverse needs. Conductquality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and usabilityof digital learning content. Conductand document user analysis to ensure all Online courses meet usabilitystandards and content heuristics. Designcourses using dynamic interactions, incorporating online learning models toimplementing adult learning principles throughout delivery to ensure wemaximize the efficiency and effectiveness of training in an online space. Evaluate,plan and implement a variety of digital content techniques to support/convertinstructional design of content in a strategic manner. Ideate,create and own the storyboarding process, script writing, moodboard mapping,content layout interaction, instruction and consistent content design and ordevelopment. Evaluatethe effectiveness of courseware functionality and usability by producingsupporting documentation, which will include corrective measures andrecommendations to implement identified recommendations. Planand manage instructional design projects using internal and/or vendorresources. o Involvement in all aspects of the development of multimedia webbased training materials including analysis, design, development andevaluation. Definecourse objectives and design/develop courseware presentation and practiceactivities, which train learners to achieve performance objectives. Workwith and deploy content, course material and or courseware within our learnermanagement system and any other required system, which must be able to tracklearner progress and results. Capturingconcepts and screen actions in clear logical ways. Designand develop supporting graphics, animations and effects to optimize thelearning experience according to client expectations and internal requirements. Inputtingmusic, dialogue, graphics and effects. Continuouslydiscovering and implementing new editing techniques, learning technologies andindustry best practices to maximize efficiency and drive learning. Remainup to date on any learning developments by meeting regularly with e-Learningspecialists and reading relevant information on e-Learning developments.
Requirements Bachelor'sdegree in instructional design, e-learning, or a Human Resource Development orany related field. Provenexperience developing digital learning content in a corporate setting. Proficiencyin e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate Strongknowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory Abilityto work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment Strongattention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines Familiaritywith instructional processes (technical writing, instructional design,walk-through development, coaching, or other training or e-learning experience)to develop well planned content flows. Understandingof web technologies (HTML, CSS, and/or JQuery) Creativethinking, attention to detail, and logical and analytical problem-solvingskills to support the structuring and development of content integrated withthe product. Organisedwith the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently to facilitate thediffering development timelines of content flows. Anability to take initiative and act in a proactive manner. Astrong desire to expand current knowledge through research and learning. Previousexperience in completing full builds of major e-Learning interventions oExperience in a web-based / CD based environment / LMS Integration Experiencewith in e-Learning design and development Knowledgeof e-Learning development applications Knowledgeof AICC and SCORM standards Required Software Skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
