Responsibilities:Understand client strategies, business problems and briefs, and translate these into creative solutions and executionsKnow and understand clients’ corporate identities and needsWorking with a copywriter to conceptualise and execute great ideasCraft and finish to the highest possible standard all artwork relating to a specific job or campaignArt direct projects so as to maintain and grow the brands identity and statureMaintain brand consistency through various channels and platforms – ttl approachGains respect from the Client and develops a valuable relationship with the Client organisationBrief and art direct photographers/photoshootsBrief and art direct illustratorsLiaise with the Project Management Department to ensure the job deadline is adhered toBrief and coordinate with production and repro – especially on retouching and final make-upsReview work with the Creative Director & Strategy, followed by Account ManagementDeliver presentations to pitch concepts to Account Management and ClientWork within a highly charged team environment and be a support to fellow team membersAssist the Creative Director in developing new businessWhen required review work and provide feedback to junior team membersDevelop and conceptualize creative campaigns with the broader teamBrainstorm campaign ideas with the broader strategic, design and media teamsStay up to date with current online trendsUndertake necessary research projectsEstablishes a culture where powerful advertising combines with creativity and qualityOpen to and active in sharing knowledge/intelligenceContributes by effecting innovation that builds a positive agency culture, and actively fosters or participates in fostering a positive work environmentWhat you'll Learn?
