Our client is a small but rapidly growing digital marketing agency in the Northern Suburbs. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Strategic Director and oversee the Head of Design and Head of Communication. This pivotal role demands a commitment to delivering top-tier work that meets and exceeds client expectations. As the creative mastermind, you will spearhead visual elements, craft brand identities, and ensure flawless execution to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess robust digital expertise and proficiency in the Adobe suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, and Acrobat. This leadership position necessitates both client-facing acumen and internal team management experience. All creative endeavors will reflect the Creative Director's innovative vision and industry expertise. Responsibilities include: Experience in mobile marketing, including USSD, Gamification, and WhatsApp marketing Proven success in conceptualising and executing campaigns with positive ROI Comprehensive understanding of compliance regulations and ethical standards Conceptualisation and implementation of loyalty and rewards campaigns for diverse clientele Innovation in tech solutions aligned with defined KPIs Leadership of design and copy teams Digital marketing proficiency, encompassing social media, web development, SEO, and conceptualisation Graphic design background preferred Demonstrated pitch experience across digital platforms Bringing brand and communication strategies to life Incorporating emerging trends and digital innovations into strategies Maintaining the highest creative and design standards, informed by data Translating marketing strategies into creative execution Utilising design, UX, and prototyping to create inspiring brand experiences Requirements: Previous Creative Director experience in an agency setting, with a digital focus 2-4 years' experience in a Creative Director role Strong management and leadership skills Proven track record in delivering exceptional brand and design work Digital expertise, including UI/UX, websites, and animation Proficiency in leading and executing animation Please include a link to your portfolio in your CV.
