Package: R50000 – R65000/Month About the role: The Developer is ultimately accountable for developing and delivering the technical solution as per business requirements by working closely with the Business Analyst and the relevant functional stakeholders. The Developer requires an understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualise it as an automated solution. Develops the technical or automation solution as per the user requirements. Ensures the solution is tested according to industry and business standards. Executes sprint planning in deployment sprints. Adheres to the activities tasked to them and flags any ambiguity. Provides updates on progress at daily stand ups and when required. Key Responsibilities: Plan, develop, test and deploy automation featuresComply with established design guidelines and best practices.Contribute in Sprint planning and task assignment.Review and ensure the quality standards of solution design and other team deliverablesReport on progressAccountable for the definition of a future state technical solution and process implementation across the in-scope business functionsRequirements: Certified advanced Developer in one or more industry-standard automation platforms.Certifications – Six Sigma, Lean, Agile desirable.4+ years in UI Path, AutomationExperience developing using Python, R, C-sharp and SQL desirableProfessional experience of developments on PowerPlatform, PowerApps and PowerAutomateProfessional experience of developments in C#, Javascipt, XML, SQL, and JSONGood understanding of DevOps CI/CD pipelineExperience in working with one or more of the following automation vendors: ABBYY, Automation, Anywhere, Blue Prism, NICE, UiPath, WorkFusion, AWS, AzureVery good understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.Good understanding of component re-usabilityKnowledge of Operating Systems, including Linux and Windows.Good understanding of SOAP and Rest.Good understanding of testing methodologies.Working proficiency in English requiredKnowledge of German desiredUnderstanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualise it as an automated solution.Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.An aptitude for problem-solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error.Understands practical methods for decomposing complex process into reusable process elements and reassembling the component parts into process flows.
